To show our customers the quality and service we deliver, we provide our standard One-Year Limited Warranty on all network products sold to our retail end-user customers only. Our One-Year Limited Warranty covers equipment functionality against being in a non-operational (broken) state, defective, or dead on arrival (DOA). It does not cover software, software licenses and transfers, software upgrades, or key codes. Items ordered incorrectly or by mistake are not considered: DOA or defective. Our One-Year Limited Warranty is not transferable and is for the original purchasing customer only. If any product is deemed defective, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion and determination.
